Aurelio Kobier Aburto, 17, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 26, 1988, in Nevada.
He is survived by his father, German Malfavon; his mother, Susan Cortez; two brothers, Andrew and Victor; and one sister, Alexis.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Samuel Louis Bland III
Samuel Louis Bland III, 34, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born June 20, 1970, in California. A resident for 2 1/2 years, he was a cashier.
He is survived by his mother, Paula G. Hawkins; two brothers, Aaron Jackson Hicks and Anthony Bland; one sister, Tammy Bland; and his grandparents, Doris Ruth Bell and Mr. and Mrs. Gant.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Hazel Faye Colbert
Hazel Faye Colbert, 92, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Henderson. She was born Feb. 3, 1913, in Portland, Ore. A resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, LaVada Bishoff of Las Vegas and Peggy Barnett of Oregon; one son, Lendle Colbert of Mexico; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Truman 'Trudy' 'Toots' Denham
Truman "Trudy" "Toots" Denham, 92, of Las Vegas died Thursday. She was born July 25, 1912, in Arkansas. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired typist and a member of the Senior Center Bridge Club.

Mary Elizabeth Gulley
Mary Elizabeth Gulley, 92, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. She was born Aug. 8, 1912, in Portsmouth, Ohio. A resident for 39 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Charlotte A. Overmiller and Shirley B. Stefanowicz, both of Las Vegas, and Joyce L. Erwin of Kewanee, Ill.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is private. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
Sharon Lee Heath-Montgomery
Sharon Lee Heath-Montgomery, 63, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 17, 1941, in Hawaii. A resident for 20 years, she was a property manager.
She is survived by one son, Joseph Moore; one daughter, Patricia Murri; her father, Oscar E. Gjertsen; her mother, Dorothy Colburn-Jackson; and six grandchildren.

Stephanie 'Stevie' Montgomery
Stephanie "Stevie" Montgomery, 44, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 11, 1961, in Excelsior Springs, Mo. A resident for 18 years, she was a waitress and bartender.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; one son, Brock Hall of Excelsior Springs; her parents, Gay and A.K. Russell, one brother, Dr. Stephen Russell, and one sister, Starr Rich, all of Liberty, Mo.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Excelsior Springs. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Freda C. Robinson
Freda C. Robinson, 57, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 29, 1948, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for five years, she was a Sierra Vista High School teacher.
She is survived by her husband, James Brown; and one daughter, Njeri Buncamper of Henderson.
A memorial service will be 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Charles Smith
Charles Smith, 56, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in North Las Vegas. He was born April 13, 1949, in Los Angeles. A resident for five months, he was a retired sales manager for a computer retailer.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; two daughters, Arliss Valcarcel and Lisa Zabarac; his father, Charles Smith, two sisters, Anna Smith and Margaret Smith, and two brothers, Bill Smith and Jim Smith, all of Los Angeles; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Alexander J. Weber Jr.
Alexander J. Weber Jr., 71, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. He was born April 10, 1934, in Illinois. A resident for four years, he was an assistant director of a drug rehabilitation center and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; two daughters, LaSandra Wingate of Virginia and Roshawn Herd of Las Vegas; two sons, Marcus Weber and Michael Barrow, both of Illinois; his mother, Mabel White of Las Vegas; three sisters, Constance McClellan and Roberta Callands, both of Illinois, and Consuella Hawkins of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 1:20 p.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane, handled arrangements.
Florence 'Phoebe' Weinstein
Florence "Phoebe" Weinstein, 78, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born July 24, 1926, in New York City. A resident for 20 years, she retired as a bookkeeper at a senior citizen center.
She is survived by two daughters, Marsha Russell and Trudy Benincasa, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Mildred Bernardo of Norwich, Conn.; and four grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 3 p.m. today in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane, followed by graveside services in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite Jewish charity.
Anne Weiss
Anne Weiss, 80, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 27, 1924, in Russia. A resident for 30 years, she was a retired bookkeeper.
She is survived by her husband, Sidney; one son, Gary Weiss of Oak Park, Calif.; one daughter, Debra L. Weiss-Firman of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Eddie T. Williams
Eddie T. Williams, 59, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 28, 1946, in Texas. A resident for 54 years, he was a cement finisher.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Smith-Williams; four sons, Ricky Williams, Lee Williams, Ronald Williams and Eddie Williams, one daughter, Sharon Williams, and one brother, Herbert Williams, all of Las Vegas; 11 sisters, Jeanette Maybry, Lois Waddell, Alice Thomas, Mildred Hemmings, Debra Williams, Carolyn Robinson, Sheryl Cotton, Brenda Williams, Beverly Rodgers and Phyllis Williams, all of Las Vegas and Adrienne Williams of North Las Vegas; and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Greater Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church, 1915 Lexington St. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
