Century exhibit

The Vegas Century Exhibit, chronicling the history and role of architecture in Las Vegas, will be on display until May 21 at the Fashion Show mall, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Admission is free. 369-0704.

'Retrospective'

Noreen Pico

Call to artists

The Clark County Department of Parks and Community Services is looking for artists to participate in the "Zap!" project in the neighborhood of the Winchester Cultural Center, 3130 S. McLeod Drive. Ten artists will be chosen, and each will be paid $2,000 to paint one one of 10 sites chosen along parts of East Desert Inn Road and McLeod Drive. Deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. today. Art competition

Submissions are being accepted for the May 1 "Art of the Bicycle" amateur art show sponsored by the Silver State Bicycle Coalition. Submissions will be accepted until April 25, and can be dropped off at Las Vegas Cyclery, 8221 W. Charleston Blvd. The fee for each work submitted is $5, and proceeds will be used to buy bicycle helmets the SSBC donates throughout the year. All art selected will be displayed at Jitters Gourmet Coffee, 8441 W. Lake Mead Blvd. 243-9477.

'Less is More'
