Letter: Cochran’s death was not funny

I think Mike Smith's cartoon on the March 31 Editorial Page of the Las Vegas Sun was very distasteful. The passing of Johnny Cochran is no more humorous than the passing of Terri Schiavo or the passing of the pope.
You owe a public apology to your readers of all faiths and ethnicities.
