twitterR&R, LVCVA honored for advertising campaign

The "What happens here, stays here" advertising campaign for Las Vegas has been honored by Brandweek magazine.
Rossi Ralenkotter, president and chief executive officer of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and Billy Vassiliadis, chief executive of R&R Partners, the LVCVA's advertising consultant, have been jointly named Brandweek's 2004 Marketer of the Year in travel and tourism.
The two men were recognized for the development of the Las Vegas campaign, which has been widely quoted by sitcom characters, late-night talk show hosts and comedians.
Ralenkotter and Vassiliadis will be profiled in an upcoming edition of the magazine and will be considered for Brandweek's Grand Marketer of the Year Award.
