Two local firms recognized for rapid sales growth

Two Las Vegas Valley companies were selected by Inc. magazine for their rapid annual sales growth.
ScripNet and Zappos.com were among the top 25 fastest-growing privately held companies with ranks of No. 22 and No. 15 respectively.
ScripNet processes prescription claims in workers' compensation cases and posted annual sales growth of 854 percent and fiscal year 2003 revenue of $18.1 million.
The company has 31 employees.
Zappos.com is an Internet-based shoe store that had 1,115 percent annual sales growth and $53 million in revenue.
The company has 134 employees.
Inc. magazine ranks private companies each year after reviewing four years of financial statements.
Companies must meet minimum sales requirements to qualify.
