Gregory Dean Blunt

Gregory Dean Blunt, 42, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 13, 1962, in California. A resident for many years, he was an automobile mechanic.

He is survived by his mother, Wilma; one brother, Tim Blunt; and one sister, Mona Blunt.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Nov. 7 in Bright Angel Church of Christ, 8570 W. Bright Angel Way. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Leopoldo DeQuillo Candolesas

Leopoldo DeQuillo Candolesas, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born May 14, 1943, in Makati, Philippines. A resident for one year, he was a retired machinist.

He is survived by his wife, Maria; seven children, Antonio Candolesas, Jessica Candolesas, Armando Candolesas, Rosemary Fricke, Leopoldo Candolesas Jr. and Leomar Curameng and Aries Candolesas; two sisters, Feliciana Pella and Norma Bustos; two brothers, Marino Candolesas and Nick Candolesas; 18 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Services will be noon Friday in Davis Funeral Home.

Susan Cooper

Susan Cooper, 65, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born March 31, 1939, in Chicago. A resident for 37 years, she was a retired -casino cashier.

She is survived by her husband, Neil; one daughter, Dana Fitzpatrick of Las Vegas; one sister, Carol White of Chicago; and one grandson.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be noon Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Harold H. Haase Jr.

Harold H. Haase Jr., 55, of Las Vegas died Oct. 19 in Las Vegas. He was born July 27, 1949, in Atlantic City. A resident for 30 years, he was an engineer in the construction industry and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his companion, Barbara of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 8 a.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be noon Thursday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Jason C. Hasbrouck

Jason C. Hasbrouck, 30, of Pennsylvania died Monday in a Philadelphia hospital. He was born Nov. 10, 1973, in Rhinebeck, N.Y. A former Las Vegas resident, he worked at Harley Davidson, was a veteran of the Army's 10th Mountain Division and served in Haiti and Somalia.

Linda Rose Hayes

Linda Rose Hayes, 55, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born March 5, 1949, in New York. A resident for six years, she was a florist.

She is survived by two sons, Gary and Raymond; two daughters, Dominique and Linda; her mother, Frances; one brother, Leonard; two sisters, Loraine and Frances; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Virginia Mae Judge

Virginia Mae Judge, 74, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 9, 1930, in Lansing, Mich. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired insurance processor.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley; one daughter, Nancy Battiste, and one son, Wayne Judge, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Robert Jordan of Homosassa Springs, Fla.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Sally Kim

Sally Kim, 66, of Las Vegas died Sunday. A business consultant, she was born June 12, 1938, in Los Angeles.

She is survived by her companion, Fred Fuller of Las Vegas; two daughters, Wendy Rios of Mesa, Ariz., and Marsha Medel of Fontana, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Clara A. Moss

Clara A. Moss, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. She was born Nov. 21, 1928, in Topeka, Kan. A resident for seven years, she was a retired nurse.

She is survived by one son, Burdette Marion Moss Jr. of Los Angeles; two daughters, Marilyn Moss of Los Angeles and Karen Dennis of Las Vegas; one brother, Norvell Ewing of Cameron, Texas; three sisters, Jean Clay and June Smith, both of Topeka, and Marveen Smith of Los Angeles; and one grandchild.

Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Albert George Mueller Jr.

Albert George Mueller Jr., 71, of North Las Vegas died Oct. 20 in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 27, 1933, in Louisville, Ky. A resident for 29 years, he was a toxicologist, chemist and a member of numerous chemical societies.

He is survived by his wife, Charla Jo Paul; three sons, Albert G. Mueller III, A. Franklin Mueller and David Ross Mueller; four daughters, Sharon Duer, Natalie Mueller, Aimee Marie Mueller and Marita Jo Mueller; one sister, Doris Ray; and six grandchildren.

Billie F.L. Sutherland

Billie F.L. Sutherland, 75, of Pahrump died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born June 10, 1929, in Wingate, Texas. A resident for six years, she was a retired hotel waitress.

She is survived by one daughter, Carol Baines, and two sons, Bob Sunderland and Doug Sunderland, all of Pahrump.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Ernest Trimble

Ernest Trimble, 63, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 11, 1941, in Tallulah, La. A resident for 40 years, he was a cook at the Sahara hotel.

He is survived by his wife, Viviann; one son, Johnathon McCormick, two daughters, Gloria Trimble and Rochelle Trimble, his mother, Beaulah Trimble and three brothers, Johnny Watson, Marice Trimble and Conny Mack Trimble, all of Las Vegas; five sisters, Katie Trimble, Roberta Trimble, and Beaulah Johnson, all of Las Vegas, Shirley Trimble of Los Angeles and Natteal Campbell of Denver; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, followed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Ferris Ann Wiesiolek

Ferris Ann Wiesiolek, 62, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born June 23, 1942, in Wyoming. A resident for three years, she was a retired federal government contractor.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene; two sons, Anthony Wiesiolek of Virginia and Tharon Wiesiolek of North Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 9:20 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
