Groundbreaking set for planned community

A groundbreaking was scheduled for today for Providence (formerly Cliff's Edge), a 1,200-acre planned residential community at the Beltway and Hualapai Road.
When completed, Providence will consist of up to 7,500 homes, 33 acres of parks and 10 acres of trail systems. Plans include two elementary schools and one middle school. Models are expected to open fourth quarter 2005.
Providence is being developed by Focus Property Group.
