Letter: Privatizing has drawback

If Social Security is privatized, does that mean the employer's matching contribution of 6.2 percent will no longer be collected? And, if so, will that 6.2 percent go to the corporate bottom line? Or, perhaps, will it go to management as a bonus?
Who wins with privatization?
