'Slumber Party'
"Slumber Party," a series of recent works by Tom Everhart, goes on display with an artists' reception from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Grand Canal Shoppes of the Venetian Hotel. The exhibition continues until Nov. 16. Admission is free. 866-6813.
'Faceted Journey'
A new exhibit of ceramic art, "Faceted Journey," will be displayed until Nov. 26 at the Clark County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway. An artists' reception will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, in the rotunda. Admission is free. 455-8200.
'Celebrating Life!'
The winning artwork from the 2004 "Celebrating Life!" fine arts competition for senior artists, age 50 and up, is on display at the Bridge Gallery at City Hall, at the corner of 4th Street and Stewart Avenue, until Jan. 21. Admission is free. 229-4674.
'Our Daily Bread'

Art guild display
Artists from the Moapa Valley Art Guild will display their work at the Lost City Museum through the month of October. 'Self-Inflicted'

Umholtz exhibit

'Creative Spirit'

Inaugural exhibit
"Dennis Hopper: Billboards and Photographs," the inaugural exhibit for the Godt-Cleary Gallery's second exhibition space, Godt-Cleary Projects, at 1217 S. 'Pleasure'
The Guggenheim Hermitage Museum at The Venetian is hosting an exhibit, "The Pursuit of Pleasure," which includes such artists as Picasso, Rodin, Rubens, Beckmann and Velazquez.
