The 14-story Renaissance Las Vegas, a nongaming hotel being built near the Las Vegas Convention Center, will open ahead of schedule, representatives of the company said.
The hotel, which will have 548 rooms and 30 suites, is scheduled to open Dec. 3, about three months earlier than initially planned. Renaissance is one of Marriott International Inc.'s brands.
The hotel, at Paradise and Desert Inn roads, also will have 20,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa, a restaurant and bar, high-speed Internet access and flat-screen televisions for guests.
