Letter: Voter registration fraud must be prosecuted

The lead article in this past Friday's USA Today screams of fraud and intimidation regarding this year's election.
Whether it is Democrats or Republicans behind these events, criminal prosecution is in order.
Penalties need to be leveled at both the perpetrators and the instigators. When the votes are counted, an adjustment to the numbers should be assessed based on the proportionate level of fraud as it impacts the vote.
