Charles Bianco
Charles Bianco, 83, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 3, 1921, in New Rochelle, N.Y. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired city firefighter and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Maryann; three sons, Charles Bianco of Louisville, Ky., Richard Altamirano of New York City and Richard Moffett of Las Vegas; one brother, Anthony Bianco of Harrington, Del.; one sister, Barbara Fields of Pacifica, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Oct. 23 in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Richard Dean Bushey
Richard Dean Bushey, 48, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 13, 1956, in Powell, Wyo. A resident for 43 years, he was a casino engineer, a 1974 Clark High School graduate, a member of the Teamsters Union and UNLV's Sigma Chi fraternity.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Julie Lynn Bushey.
He is survived by his wife, Laura; two sons, Tyler Bushey and Brian Bushey, both of Las Vegas; his parents, Elaine and Tom Bushey of Boulder City; and one brother, Steve Bushey of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Brian Douglas Edwards
Brian Douglas Edwards, 34, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A hospital security officer, he was born Nov. 30, 1969, in Chicago.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce Majors, and his father, Carl Edwards, both of South Holland, Ill.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Illinois. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Filemon P. Fajardo
Filemon P. Fajardo, 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born May 9, 1936, in Albuquerque. A resident for 10 years, he was a shuttle driver for Desert Honda.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; numerous children; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling private arrangements.
William Todd Foshee
William Todd Foshee, 32, of Las Vegas died Saturday. He was born April 6, 1972, in Lake Charles, La. He was director of marketing for a local resort management company, refereed various sports and the Boys and Girls Club and was a 1997 Brigham Young University graduate.
He is survived by his wife, Dena Camille; his parents, Robert Owen and Joyce Foshee; one brother, Rob Foshee; and one sister, Kiersten Beauchene.
Services will be in Louisiana. Hansen Mortuary, Burley, Idaho, assisted with arrangements.

Arthur Lloyd Hoover
Arthur Lloyd Hoover, 74, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. He was born Feb. 14, 1930, in Michigan. A resident for 19 years, he retired as a quality controller from General Motors, was an Air Force veteran, a member of Big Brothers and Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his companion, Ellie Carratelli; four sons, Denis, Joseph, Nick and Mike; two daughters, Teresa and Susan; one brother, Clem; four sisters, Marion, Hazel, Helen and Alley; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Donnell Horn Sr.
Donnell Horn Sr., 50, of Las Vegas died Oct. 5 in Las Vegas. He was born May 22, 1954, in Los Angeles. A resident for 26 years, he was a pastor and counselor at New Revelation Baptist Church and president of the Nevada and California Interstate Missionary Baptist Convention.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma J.; four sons, Donell Horn Jr. and Rontae Love, both of Las Vegas, Donnie Horn of Los Angeles and Brandon Horn of Blue Island, Ill.; three daughters, Donna Davis and Schkemia Love, both of Las Vegas, and Donice Horn of Adelanto, Calif.; five sisters, Harriett Horn, Joann Horn, Brenda Horn, Patricia Horn and Michelle Horn, all of Los Angeles; and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3:30-5:30 p.m. Friday with services following at 6 p.m. in New Revelation Missionary Baptist Church, 615 W. Van Buren Ave. Another service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling arrangements.
Ethan Jennings Jr.
Ethan Jennings Jr., 70, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 15, 1934, in Knoxville, Tenn. He was an architect and a member of Construction Specifications Institute for more than 35 years.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian; four children; one brother; three sisters; and 13 grandchildren.

Frederick L. Johnson
Frederick L. Johnson, 55, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 2, 1949, in Chicago. A resident for 20 years, he was a pharmacist.
He is survived by his wife, Lourdes; two sons, Eric Johnson and Irving Mange, and his stepfather, Don LeVeque, all of Las Vegas; and three sisters, Lisa Malmgren and Laurie Schackel, both of Henderson, and Pamela Tanis of Glenview, Ill.
Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. until a 6 p.m. vigil Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.

Howard F. Kincaid, 72, of Henderson died Saturday in Reno. He was born July 31, 1932, in Los Angeles. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired casino executive.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene; two daughters, Jennifer Fischer of Anaheim Hills, Calif., and Laura Meinert of Henderson; one brother, Jeff Kincaid of Wrightwood, Calif.; one sister, Lori Lemm of Worley, Idaho; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Sol Lindenbaum
Sol Lindenbaum, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born July 2, 1920, in New York City. A resident for 22 years, he was a retired warehouse manager.
He is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Kroog of Wesley Hills, N.Y., and Bonnie Ashkenazi of Sunnyvale, Calif.; two sisters, Esther Campolo of Las Vegas and Yetta Marcus of West Palm Beach, Fla.; one brother, Norman Lindenbaum of Kauneonga Lake, N.Y.; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane, handled arrangements.
Zubida Moten
Zubida Moten, 70, of Las Vegas died Oct. 3 in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 30, 1934, in India. A resident for six years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by six children; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Duley E. Nelson Sr.
Duley E. Nelson Sr., 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born May 13, 1920, in Lily, S.D. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired airline maintenance supervisor and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian; two sons, Daniel Nelson of Lake Forest, Calif., and Duley E. Nelson Jr. of Kingman, Ariz.; two brothers, Lanid Nelson of Webster, S.D., and Wendell Nelson of Arcadia, Calif.; one sister, Elaine Solberg of Webster; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Cruz V. Palacio
Cruz V. Palacio, 71, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. He was born July 16, 1933, in Los Angeles. A resident for one week, he was a retired cabinetmaker and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Margaret Loera of North Las Vegas; five sons, Alex Palacio, Victor Palacio, Raymond Palacio, Christopher Palacio and Marco Palacio, all of Los Angeles; and 17 grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
Don C. Ware
Don C. Ware, 64, of Las Vegas died Tuesday. A resident for 32 years, he was an Albuquerque police department employee, a Drug Enforcement Administration agent for 26 years earning the Presidential Medal of Valor and was a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Rita-Marie; three daughters, Anna-Marie Wiles, Lori-Marie Ware and Jamie Marie Ware; one sister, Jolena Wilsdorf; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road.

Leonard R. Wulffraat
Leonard R. Wulffraat, 71, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 20, 1933, in Rotterdam, Holland. A resident for four years, he was a retired marine engineer in the shipping industry.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; one daughter, Karen Wulffraat Chiao of Houston; two sons, Keith Wulffraat of Dallas and Karl Wulffraat of Albuquerque; and two grandchildren.

Martin B. Zelkin
Martin B. Zelkin, 77, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 9, 1927, in New York. A resident for nine years, he was a restaurateur, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of the Masons, Scottish Rite and Disabled American Veterans.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred; one son, Mitchell Zelkin; one daughter, Susan Pearl; one sister, Bernice Solomon; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
