Stumble$65 million condominium development planned

Manhattan-based ADG Development LLC announced plans for Loft 5, a five-story, 272 unit residential development near Las Vegas Boulevard and Pebble Road.
The $65 million development is scheduled to break ground in early 2005, with the first units being completed in late summer or early fall of 2005.
The project is on 10 acres near the now under construction South Coast Hotel & Casino. The so-called "South Strip" area has a two other mid-rise condo projects under construction, Park Avenue and Manhattan condominiums.
