A reader poll for Miami-based Recommend magazine has selected Las Vegas as "Best Selling Destination -- U.S.A./Canada" and "Best Travel Agent Support -- U.S.A."

The publication, which has a circulation of 60,000 travel agents in the United States and Canada, focuses on destinations and travel products.

Southwest Airlines, which has its largest station in Las Vegas, was selected "Best Airline -- Leisure" and "Best Travel Agent Support" in the poll.

More than 1,200 readers responded to the poll earlier this year, voting on 47 categories, and the results will be published in the magazine's December edition.
