Clyde V. Arnold Jr.

Clyde V. Arnold Jr., 44, of Las Vegas died Sept. 24 in Las Vegas. He was born April 17, 1960, in Farmington, La. A resident for 38 years, he was a hotel cook.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Hankston; two daughters, Felicia A. Hankston and Latasha Hankston, one son, Jermaine Hankston, and one sister, Victoria Watts, all of Las Vegas; and 11 grandchildren.

Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane, followed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Constance Annette Benoun

Constance Annette Benoun, 61, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 4, 1943, in Oklahoma. A resident for eight years, she was a hotel sweeper coordinator and a member of Las Vegas Women's Bowling Association.

She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Samuel; one son, Dan Pence of Escalon, Calif.; one daughter, Shelli Borba, and her mother, Connie Amerine, both of Oakdale, Calif.; her father, William Friggle of Dallas; and five grandchildren.

Services and burial will be in California. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Larry Lynn Buchtel

Larry Lynn Buchtel, 54, of Las Vegas died Sept. 24 in Las Vegas. He was born June 13, 1950, in Zanesville, Ohio. A resident for six years, he was an auditor for the state and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth J. and Robert McCormick; and one sister, Barbara McCormick.

Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.

Christopher Thomas Ceccarelli

Christopher Thomas Ceccarelli, 28, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Decatur, Ill. He was born Aug. 31, 1976, in Germany. A resident for 14 years, he was a air-conditioning service technician.

He is survived by his parents, George and Nickey Ceccarelli, and one sister, Melissa Stone, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation and services are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Helen Lois Close

Helen Lois Close, 86, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born June 8, 1918, in San Francisco. A resident for nine years, she was a waitress.

She is survived by two sons, Larry C. Close of Coquille, Ore., and Robert W. Close of San Francisco; one daughter, Janice Francesconi of Sacramento; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St. Neptune Society of Las Vegas, 8570 Del Webb Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Dorothy Cooper

Dorothy Cooper, 85, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. She was born Aug. 25, 1919, in New York. A resident for 18 years, she was a member of B'nai B'rith.

She is survived by two sons, Evan Rand Cooper and Peter Scott Cooper; and one sister, Lila Celig.

Neptune Society of Las Vegas, 8570 Del Webb Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Alexander Xavier Guy

Alexander Xavier Guy, one month, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 3, 2004, in Las Vegas.

He is survived by his parents, Laisha and Eugene Guy of Las Vegas.

Julia Hall

Julia Hall, 92, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 14, 1912, in New York City. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired real estate agent.

She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Cockrell of Gainesville, Va.; two sons, Craig Hall of Las Vegas and David Hall of California; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Bernadine C. Hockenbury

Bernadine C. Hockenbury, 58, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born March 3, 1946, in Hazleton, Pa. A resident for eight years, she was a saleswoman.

She is survived by one sister, Geraldine Clatch-Dill of Las Vegas.

Caroline F. Hussey

Caroline F. Hussey, 70, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 22, 1934, in Chillicothe, Ohio. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis; two sons, Jay Hussey of Menlo Park, Calif., and Chris Hussey of South Windsor, Conn.; one daughter, Anita Hussey of New York City; and four grandchildren.

Gary R. Mason

Gary R. Mason, 61, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 6, 1942, in Des Moines, Iowa. A resident for 44 years, he was an accountant and accounting manager at Caesars Palace for 35 years.

Rube McAllister

Rube McAllister, 66, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A Marine Corps sergeant major, he was born Aug. 26, 1938, in Arkansas.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Lee; four daughters, Lora Lee Byers, Dorilynn Lopez, Mindy McAllister and Becky Danise Vance, all of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson.

Ronald Eugene Rudolph

Ronald Eugene Rudolph, 55, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 27, 1948, in Grove City, Pa. A resident for two years, he was employed by Hussmann Air Conditioning and was a Vietnam War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Judy; one daughter, Annricka McGuinness; his parents, Don and Esther Rudolph; and three grandchildren.

Palefuiono Siu Te'o

Palefuiono Siu Te'o, 66, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 19, 1937, in Mulifanua. A resident for two years, she was a retired registered nurse.

She is survived by her husband, Whitney E.; three sons, Hubert C. Hall, Whitney E. Te'o Jr. and Damon W. Te'o; five daughters, Veronica S. Hamamoto, Telinthia P. Mann, Ursula F. Te'o Martin, Alva S. Laulu and Myra H. Feliciano; four brothers, Ioane Leiataua, Kuinise Leiataua, Lisona Leiataua and Uatime Leiataua; five sisters, Moemoe Stotler, Tulili Simpson, Lonise Leilua, Fa'atalauula Pili and Nele Anderson; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. Friday in the LDS Lynbrook Ward, 2555 N. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the Lynbrook chapel. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Donna Marie Wiebold

Donna Marie Wiebold, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born March 22, 1944, in Nebraska. A resident for nine months, she was a hospital nurse.

She is survived by one daughter, Rebecca J. Rausenberger of Cologne, Minn.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Glencoe, Minn. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Judith Ellen Ziebart

Judith Ellen Ziebart, 65, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 9, 1939, in Milwaukee. A resident for 13 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; and one son, Rick Ziebart.

Visitation is scheduled 5-8 p.m. Thursday in Garden Memorial Funeral Home, 3600 W. Vegas Drive. Services are private.
