'Our Daily Bread'
Five artists whose work addresses food consumption will be featured in the exhibit "Our Daily Bread" from today until Nov. 6 at the Contemporary Arts Collective, 101 E. Charleston Blvd., Suite 101. An artists' reception will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. today. Admission is free. 382-3886.
'Reason to Hope'
Artist Deborah Barr's exhibit, "A Reason to Hope," opens today and continues until Nov. 14 at the Reed Whipple Cultural Center, 821 Las Vegas Blvd. North. An artists' reception will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today at the center. Admission is free. 229-4674.
Art guild display
Artists from the Moapa Valley Art Guild will display their work at the Lost City Museum through the month of October. The museum is located on State Route 169 off I-15, exit #93, or by Lake Mead or the Valley of Fire. Admission is $3 adults, $2 ages 65 and above, free for children and members. 397-2193.
'Self-Inflicted'

Traveling exhibit

Umholtz exhibit

Gemstones

'Creative Spirit'

Inaugural exhibit
"Dennis Hopper: Billboards and Photographs," the inaugural exhibit for the Godt-Cleary Gallery's second exhibition space, Godt-Cleary Projects, at 1217 S. 'Pursuit of Pleasure'
The Guggenheim Hermitage Museum at The Venetian is hosting an exhibit, "The Pursuit of Pleasure," which includes such artists as Picasso, Rodin, Rubens, Beckmann and Velazquez.
