George L. Bailey

George L. Bailey, 63, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 28, 1941, in Yreka, Calif. A resident for 36 years, he was a retired marble mason and a Vietnam War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Karen S. Loud-Bailey.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Dec. 1 at the family residence. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., handled arrangements.

Kristina Chappel

Kristina Chappel, 46, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born March 9, 1958, in Rhode Island. A resident for 14 years, she was a food and beverage manager.

She is survived by one daughter, Nicole Otomo of Vista, Calif.

A memorial service was scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Shadow Hills Baptist Church, 7811 Vegas Drive. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Ellen Feldsher

Ellen Feldsher, 69, of Las Vegas died Nov. 17 in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 17, 1935, in Newark, N.J. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired food service manager.

She is survived by her husband, Harry; two sons, Scott Feldsher of San Diego and Dana Feldsher of Las Vegas; three sisters, Julie Squartino of Davey, Fla., Rosalie Sentore of Manalapan, N.J., and Betty Lou Condito of Newark; one brother, Carmine Minardi of Fairfield, N.J.; and one grandchild.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Richard L. Flach

Richard L. Flach, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. A retired owner-operator of a record store, he was born Aug. 20, 1944, in Minneapolis.

He is survived by one sister, Patricia Gray of Las Vegas.

Rosemarie Foran

Rosemarie Foran, 75, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 25, 1929, in New York City. A resident for six years, she was a retired secretary.

She is survived by one son, William "Bud" Foran of Ivyland, Pa.; one brother, John Riedl of Alpharetta, Ga.; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119, or the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Margie P. Friedman

Margie P. Friedman, 59, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 18, 1945, in Slick, Okla. A resident for 11 years, she was a retired accounts payable and payroll clerk in the entertainment industry.

She is survived by her husband, Alvin; two daughters, Marjorie Friedman and Lana Martin, both of Las Vegas; four sons, Curtis Friedman of El Cajon, Calif., Robert Mathis-Friedman of San Francisco, Richard Friedman of Brea, Calif., and Tearl Friedman of Dallas; one sister, Azzalee Winstead, and one brother, Leodius Winstead, both of Los Angeles; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled noon until a 1 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., followed by graveside services in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Larry Melvin Glick

Larry Melvin Glick, 56, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born March 4, 1948, in Chicago. A resident of Las Vegas, he was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service.

He is survived by one daughter, Anna Rose Glick of Las Vegas; and one brother, Paul Glick of Denver.

Services will be in Chicago. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.

Susan Jung

Susan Jung, 46, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 21, 1958, in Iri, Korea. A resident for 18 years, she was a real estate investor.

She is survived by her husband, Gil; one daughter, Sarah Jung, and one son, Eric Jung, both of Las Vegas; her mother, Sang Yae Moon of Korea; one brother; and six sisters.

Visitation is scheduled noon-3 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Denise Noel Ludwig

Denise Noel Ludwig, 16, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 21, 1987, in Las Vegas. She was a Basic High School junior and a member of the National Honor Society.

She is survived by her parents, Theresa A. and Jared P. Dimmitt, and one brother, Sterling Dimitt, all of Henderson; and her grandparents, Sherman and Kay Ludwig and Charles and Loye Dimitt, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Mary K. Massey

Mary K. Massey, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born June 18, 1930, in Dallas. A resident for 44 years, she was a retired bookkeeper for a photo finisher.

She is survived by her husband, Darrell; two sons, Danny Massey of Las Vegas and Lanny Massey of Henderson; two daughters, Sandra Heese and Teresa Massey, both of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be noon Saturday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Betty Jo McLean

Betty Jo McLean, 67, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 19, 1937, in Washington, D.C. A resident for 10 years, she was a retired personnel specialist for the federal government.

She is survived by her husband, John.

Glenna M. Pate, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local health care center. She was born Dec. 1, 1925, in Westfield, N.D. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired retail owner.

She is survived by one son, Michael Pate of San Jose, Calif.; and one daughter, Patricia Lynn Pate of Capitola, Calif.

Eddie Pinjuv

Eddie Pinjuv, 85, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 10, 1919, in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, he was an engineer and an Army veteran.

He is survived by his longtime friend, Jacqueline R. Pinjuv of Las Vegas; and two sons, Matthew Joseph Pinjuv of Las Vegas and T. Keith Pinjuv of Arizona.

Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Friday with a 6 p.m. rosary in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 315 S. Casino Center Blvd. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road..

John J. Realty III

John J. Realty III, 79, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born June 14, 1925, in Youngstown, Ohio. A resident for 24 years, he was a retired steel mill worker and a World War II Navy veteran.

He is survived by five sons, Richard Realty and Robert Realty, both of Hubbard, Ohio, James Griffiths and William Griffiths, both of South Carolina, and Gary Griffiths of Las Vegas; three daughters, Irene Szanny of Hubbard and Kathy Griffiths and Tina Kokoyachuk, both of Las Vegas; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Charlotte Stray

Charlotte Stray, 53, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A retired Air Force major, she was born Oct. 12, 1951, in San Diego.

Geraldine Melody Turvey

Geraldine Melody Turvey, 85, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 14, 1919, in Ohio. A resident for eight years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Richard Turvey, Rodney Turvey and Patrick Turvey.
