June Adelienne Baker
June Adelienne Baker, 80, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born May 28, 1924, in Jim Thorpe, Pa. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah D. Lemunyan of Riverside, Calif., and Carol A. Chelian of Las Vegas; six sons, Nick Baker of Laverne Calif., Jeffrey L. Baker of Fontana, Calif., Daniel A. Baker of Tucson AND Dennis D. Baker Jr., Dana C. Baker and Glenn A. Baker, all of Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Mermorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests contributions to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 1311 Fairfax, Va. 2238-1131.
Brenda L. Bullock
Brenda L. Bullock, 44, of Pahrump died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 24, 1960, in Mankato, Minn. A resident for 42 years, she was a manager of a salon.
She is survived by her husband, Coldon; one daughter, Miranda Bullock of Pahrump; two sons, James Lyons of Henderson and Michael Stanley of Las Vegas; her mother, Karen Sullivan of Henderson; one sister, Mara Williams, and one brother, John Sullivan, both of Henderson; and one grandchild.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Sheldon 'Shelly' Factor
Sheldon "Shelly" Factor, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 27, 1929, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for seven years, he was a retired director of finance in the real estate industry and a Korean war Marine Corps veteran. He was a past master of the Masonic Paramount Lodge 1042, a member of the Sun City Summerlin board of directors and Coney Island Hospital board of directors and past president of the Real Estate Square Club of New York City.
He is survived by his wife, Jayne; one daughter, Karen Mairs of Brooklyn; two sons, Alan Factor of Millbrae, Calif., and Bruce Factor of San Carlos, Calif.; one sister, Sandra Rubin of Englewood Cliffs, N.J.
Services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.
The family suggests donations to the Jewish National Fund, 78 Randall Ave., Rockville Center, NY 11570, or the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
ToPun Huffman
ToPun Huffman, 57, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 15, 1946, in Seoul, Korea. A resident for seven years, she was dealer and a member of the Korean American Calvary.
She is survived by one daughter, Kim Francis Jackowski, and one son, Tony Jackowski, both of Portsmouth, N.H.; two sisters, Chae Brown of Rogers, Ariz., and one sister of Seoul; two brothers of Seoul; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Howard Ray Jones Jr.
Howard Ray Jones Jr., 28, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 19, 1976, in Las Vegas. He was an operation manager of a construction supply company.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Kimberly; one daughter, Vanessa Rae Jones; one son, Antonio Christo Jones; his mother, Mary Katherine Alderman; one sister, Victoria Turner; two brothers, Jesse Wright and Eric Wright, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation will be 2 hours prior to a 2 p.m. service Wednesday in Bunkers Chapel. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
John Theodore Magon Jr.
John Theodore Magon Jr., 54, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born July 2, 1950, in Michigan City, Ind. A resident for six months, he was a river boat pilot.
He is survived by one daughter, Gloria Magon; his parents, Doris and John Magon Sr.; two brothers, Randal Magon and Michael Magon; one sister, Cheri Fierro.
A memorial service will be 4-5 p.m. today in Garden Memorial Funeral Home, 3600 W. Vegas Drive.
Jerome J. Margolies
Jerome J. Margolies, 81, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 9, 1922, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for four years, he was a retired attorney.
He is survived by his wife, Alene M. Margolies; two daughters, Carolyn S. Margolies of Pleasantville, N.Y., and Diane L. Lipman of Rockville Centre, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling private arrangements.

Betty Messenger
Betty Messenger, 65, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born May 25, 1939, in Connecticut. A resident for a little over one year, she was an antiques dealer and a member of the Lions Club of Granby, Conn.
She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Jones; two sisters, Elsie Bennett and Marion Loomis; and two grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling private arrangements.
Frann Mochau
Frann Mochau, 72, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 2, 1932, in New Mexico. A resident for one year, she was a licensed practical nurse.
She is survived by one son, Keith Batterfield; one daughter, Kaylanette Whiteley; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
