Nigro Development LLC of Las Vegas announced plans to develop and jointly own Excelsior Grand, a 50,000-square-foot banquet and convention center on Las Vegas Boulevard, just south of Blue Diamond Road.
The $12 million project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2005.
Amenities offered at the Excelsior Grand will include photography, flower arrangements, catering, transportation services, decorating and a variety of entertainment options.
Excelsior Grand will be run and co-owned by Michael Hinden, a second-generation caterer from New York. Hinden is also opening the Pasta Mia restaurant at Rhodes Ranch Town Center, another project of Nigro Development.
