Nevadans not probed

Nevada Army National Guard officials said that no allegations of mistreatment of prisoners at Iraq's Abu Grahib prison have been leveled at the Henderson-based 72nd Military Police unit.
About 100 soldiers with the unit were deployed to Iraq in May 2003 and returned to Las Vegas in November, Nevada Army Guard spokeswoman 1st Lt. April Conway said.
"We haven't had one shred of the investigation (of the mistreatment) come our way," Conway said.
The 72nd's deployment overlapped with the unit now stationed at the prison for about three weeks last fall, she said.
"Our unit is specially trained in holding prisoners of war and in all the Geneva conventions," Conway said.
