Prosecutors have charged a sixth person in the slaying of a 17-year-old Silverado High School student.
Gerald Wilks faces murder charges along with five teenagers in the death of Jared Whaley, who disappeared last year while walking to school.
Wilks and the teens face four felony counts, including murder, first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit murder and robbery with use of a deadly weapon.
Wilks was arraigned on the charges last week, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 30 in Boulder City, court officials there said.
Whaley's remains were found partially buried in a dry lake bed in Boulder City on Oct. 26. He had been killed with multiple shotgun blasts in the desert area where he was found, police said.
