Tuesday, March 16, 2004 | 11:13 a.m.
WASHINGTON -- Nevada drivers could get immediate relief from rising gas prices based on a plan Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., will introduce today.
Reid, who has already called for the Federal Trade Commission to investigate higher prices for gasoline, will announce his plans later today, and details about the plan were not going to be released this morning. Nevadans pay nearly 30 cents more than the national average.
