Short films
UNLV's Short Film Archive will host a screening of festival award-winning short films at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Architecture Building on the UNLV campus. Admission is free. 895-4735.
Bulb, flower show
The Spring Bulb and Flower Show will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Nevada Garden Club Center in Lorenzi Park, 3333 W. Washington Ave. Admission is free. 451-2269 or 614-3019.
Parade
A St. Patrick's Day parade will be held on 4th Street from Gass Avenue to Ogden Avenue at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Job fair
CCSN, along with lasvegasjobfair.com hosts the "March Into Spring Career-Job Fair" from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Community College of Southern Nevada's Henderson campus, 700 College Drive. Admission is free. 808-9195.
Food, dance
The Fourth Annual Multicultural Food and Dance Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Community College of Southern Nevada's Cheyenne Campus, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave. Admission is $2. 651-4575.
Celebration
Clark County's newest park opens to the public with a community celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Molasky Family Park, 1065 E. Twain Ave. Admission is free. 455-8200.
