Betty Mae Baim
Betty Mae Baim, 82, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. A model, she was born Jan. 25, 1922, in Watts, Calif.
She is survived by one daughter, Christine (Baim) Niquette; and one son, William Miller.
Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Frances Jo Beasley
Frances Jo Beasley, 89, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 21, 1915, in Alabama. A resident for 20 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, James H. Beasley of Las Vegas; one daughter, Anna Pitts of Alabama; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Jacquine Marie Bunting, 73, of Laughlin died Tuesday in Laughlin. A homemaker, she was born Sept. 28, 1930, in Iowa.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; and one daughter, Susan Bunting of California.
Burial will be in California. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, assisted with arrangements.
Chum Choi
Chum Choi, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 4, 1936, in Canton-Puen-yu, China. A resident for 22 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Crystal Au, Elaine Wong and Wendy Garber; two sons, Anthony Au and Jackie Yim; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Richard J. Harrington
Richard J. Harrington, 63, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born May 15, 1940, in Minneapolis. A resident for two years, he was a structural designer, a Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Las Vegas Garden Railway.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Katherine; four daughters, Terri Bede of Henderson, Barbara Bowles of Fortuna, Calif., Christine Thompson of Great Falls, Mont., and Sandy Dodson of Madison, Ala.; two sisters, Barbara Dunn of Minnesota and Deborah Bryce of Lynden, Wash.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 8 a.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Wilma J. Floyd
Wilma J. Floyd, 78, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born July 10, 1925, in St. Louis. A resident for 51 years, she was a retired comptroller for the Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Women's Auxiliary Board for the Henderson Boys and Girls Club, past president of Gordon McCaw Elementary School PTA and an animal activist.
She is survived by three daughters, Janet Mull, Judy Caldwell and Patti Charlton, all of Henderson; one son, Graham Johnson of Little Rock, Ark.; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to the Henderson Boys and Girls Club, 565-6568.
Benjamin Bernard Jones
Benjamin Bernard Jones, 80, of Peoria, Ariz., died Thursday in Peoria. He was born Dec. 15, 1923, in Salt Lake City. A former Las Vegas resident for 37 years, he was a supervisor for the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Gay Lynn Depew of Peoria; and one son, Gary Jones of Reno.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Naoyuki Kasamoto
Naoyuki Kasamoto, 75, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born March 20, 1928, in Hilo, Hawaii. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired automotive repair shop owner-operator and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sadae; one daughter, Leslie Davey and Naomi Hirsh, both of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; two brothers, Yuji Kasamoto and Junji Kasamoto, both of Honolulu; two sisters, Tomiye Hiraoka of Torrance, Calif., and Itoko Chun of Honolulu; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Keiley Monte Lewis
Keiley Monte Lewis, 16 weeks, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 11, 2003, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by her father, Justin Lewis; her mother, Nicole (Guedry) Martinez; one sister; Tatum Guedry; and one brother, Antonio Martinez.

Margaret F. Mahoney
Margaret F. Mahoney, 85, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 11, 1919, in Glasgow, Scotland. A resident for 25 years, she was a retired department store bookkeeper.
She is survived by three daughters, Laurinda Ilisko of Lincoln, Neb., and Patricia Mann and Sharon Fife, both of Las Vegas; one son, Alan DeNino of Lincoln; two brothers, James Peden of Santa Maria, Calif., and John B. Peden of Chico, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be in Santa Maria, Calif. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is assisting with arrangements.

Linda Miller, 57, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Nov. 8, 1946, in Illinois.
She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Gulley of Las Vegas.

Milton Newman, 93, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 27, 1910, in Poland. A resident for eight years, he was a retired owner-operator of a luncheonette and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Iris Konopka of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Ruby Lucille Osborn, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A resident for 20 years, she was born Dec. 5, 1922, in Swansboro, N.C.
She is survived by two brothers, Milton Moore of the Bronx, N.Y., and Lewis Moore of Staten Island, N.Y.; and four sisters, Yvonne Quick of Flushing, N.Y., Jean Anderson of Swansboro, Irma Sanders of Tempe, Ariz., and Lois Wilson of Washington, D.C.
Visitation is scheduled noon until a 1 p.m. service Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Pat Patrick Patton, 69, of Las Vegas died March 1 in Las Vegas. He was born April 13, 1934, in Tennessee. A resident for 20 years, he was a casino sanitation department employee.
He is survived by two sons, Pat Patrick Patton Jr., and Victor Patton, both of San Bernardino, Calif.; and one daughter, Patricia Ann Patton of Chino, Calif.

Sharon Runninghawk, 62, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 27, 1941, in Florence, Ariz. A resident for four years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Roger; one son, Robert Runninghawk of Vallejo, Calif.; one daughter, Cathy Bales of Huntington Beach, Calif.; one brother, Gary Forbach of Newport Beach, Calif.; one sister, Betty Jean Schaerer of Strawberry, Ariz.; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Harry E. Russo, 72, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 1, 1931, in Connecticut. A resident for five years, he was a retired transportation broker, past president of the Holy Name Society, Legion of Mary Association and Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by two daughters, Claudia Anderson and Pamela Melotti; and two grandchildren.

Altar Samerkand Jr.
Altar Samerkand Jr., 56, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born May 26, 1947, in Detroit. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired limousine driver and a Vietnam War and Persian Gulf War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Minnie R.; one daughter, Ebony Samerkand-Glover of Las Vegas; one son, Kevin Pough of Farmington Hills, Mich.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Saturday in Mountaintop Faith Ministries, 2850 S. Lindell Road.

Valerie Spencer, 86, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born March 16, 1917, in Ripley, Miss. A resident for 4 1/2 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Pinsky of Valencia, Calif., and Billie Jo Tworek of Las Vegas; two brothers, Shannon Nix of Winne, Ariz., and Sammy Nix of Heber, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 5 p.m. service Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Hyman Stolman
Hyman Stolman, 88, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 19, 1915, in Malden, Mass. A resident for many years, he was a retired printer and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude; and two sons, Robert Stolman and Martin Stolman, both of Las Vegas.

A.J. Wayne Winchel, 42, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. An auto mechanic, he was born June 11, 1961, in Torrance, Calif.
He is survived by his mother, Diane Pope of Twentynine Palms, Calif.; and his father, Gerald Winchel.
