A 20-year-old man was arrested last month after admitting he used a fake identification to buy beer for a group of Henderson teens who were involved in a fatal drunken driving crash in November.
Pierre Goujon surrendered to Henderson police Feb. 17, Officer Shane Lewis, police department spokesman said. He made his first appearance in a Henderson court Feb. 24 on a misdemeanor charge of using a fake ID to purchase alcohol.
Goujon told police he bought alcohol for a 16-year-old who drove drunk later that night killing his friends, Travis Dunning, Kyle Poff and Josh Parry, all 15.
Police were told of Goujon's involvement when interviewing people who attended a party where teens were drinking. A video surveillance tape showed Goujon in a store buying alcohol the night of the crash.
Goujon made his first appearance in a Henderson court on Feb. 24 and is scheduled to go to trial April 19, Lewis said.
