Library plans program for St. Patrick's Day
A St. Patrick's Day program will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the North Las Vegas Library, 2300 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas.
Put on your green clothing and come to the library for a special St. Patrick's Day celebration, which will include stories and making some special crafts for the holiday.

Flower show set for Saturday
Nevada Garden Club presents "Let's Travel," a spring bulb and flower show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Nevada Garden Club Center in Lorenzi Park, 3333 W. Washington Ave.
Learn what grows in our desert. The public is invited to bring plants and blooms of every kind to be judged.

IGT Golf Classic begins March 15
The Red Cross will hold its third annual IGT Golf Classic beginning with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. March 15 at the Red Rock Country Club's Private, Mountain Course.
Golfers will enjoy a day of camaraderie and the opportunity to play one of Southern Nevada's most exclusive courses, while supporting local Red Cross programs.
Sponsors include: IGT, Red Rock Country Club, House of Blues Foundation Room, Digital Pro Graphics, and HRH Designs.

The Ultimate Saturday evening for children in grades K-6 is on Saturday beginning at 7 p.m. at the Powerhouse Indoor Rock Climbing Center, 8201 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite B.
The Jewish Community Center will be sponsoring the rock climbing, a Havdallah service, arts and crafts, movies, and activities.
Powerhouse features a 9,000 sq.foot area, 33 foot high ropes, special children's ABC area, and gymnastics foam padding floors.
Admission is $14 for JCC members and $20 for non-members.
