All dates subject to change

A tough start to the 2004 football season for UNLV got even tougher on Thursday when the Mountain West Conference finally got around to releasing its schedule.

The Rebels, who open their season with back-to-back road trips to Tennessee and Wisconsin, will return home the following week to host Air Force in the first game of the MWC.

UNLV plays the first eight weeks without a bye before finally getting a week off on Oct. 30. Three of the Rebels' final four games are on the road.

One plus for the Rebels is a midseason stretch that sees UNLV playing four home games in five dates. That stint begins with the Sept. 18 contest against Air Force.

Season tickets, priced at $120 for sideline seating and $60 in the end zone, are now on sale and can be obtained by calling 739-FANS. Individual tickets won't go on sale until Aug. 1 and will be priced at $26 for sideline and $13 for end zone seats for all games.
