Marjorie Marie Blackmon

Marjorie Marie Blackmon, 83, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 31, 1921, in Wisconsin. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired assembler.

She is survived by two daughters, Loretta Schellinberg of Las Vegas and Joy Chavez of Los Alamitos, Calif.; and one son, Charles Blackmon of Moreno Valley, Calif.

Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Gloria Y. Brooks

Gloria Y. Brooks, 80, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 1, 1924, in Oklahoma City. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, James J.; two sons, Kevin J. Brooks of Columbia, S.C., and Todd J. Brooks of Henderson; and two grandsons.

Timothy R. Buckhaulter

Timothy R. Buckhaulter, 67, of Las Vegas died Feb. 6 in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 10, 1936, in Mississippi. A resident for 10 years, she was a clinical psychologist for the state, received her bachelor's from Northern Arizona University and later earned her Ph.D., and was a member of the Soroptimist Organization.

She is survived by her husband, Murdock; one daughter, LaTanya R. Buckhaulter of Arizona; one son, Kevin D. Buckhaulter of Las Vegas; one sister, Tenothia Rogers of Illinois; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, 1117 N. F St. A private burial will follow. American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling arrangements.

Theresa M. Elguezabal

Theresa M. Elguezabal, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. She was born May 17, 1925, in Ireland. A resident for 58 years, she was a retired county government clerical worker, a founding member of Daughters of Erin and was an Irish war bride.

She is survived by one son, Shawn Elguezabal of Washington state; two daughters, Sharon McDonnell and Kerry Elguezabal, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Sean Noonan of Canada; four sisters, Sister Brigid Noonan of England, Alice Noonan and Catherine Magee, both of Ireland, and Emily O'Neill of Las Vegas; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Jane D. Grage

Jane D. Grage, 63, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 20, 1940, in Iowa. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Jack; two sons, Greg and Michael; one sister, Nancy of Whittier, Calif.; and one grandchild.

Ethel Viola Hilton

Ethel Viola Hilton, 97, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. An assembler, she was born Oct. 8, 1906, in Des Moines, Iowa.

She is survived by one son, Ronald Ennis of Las Vegas; and her parents, Alfred and Jennie Jones.

James Henry Kloberg

James Henry Kloberg, 52, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born April 21, 1951, in New York. He was a computer company sales representative, a Vietnam War Navy veteran, a member of the Eagles and Vietnam Veterans of America,

He is survived by one son, James Arthur Ringhoff, and one daughter, Katherine Ringhoff, both of Escondido, Calif.; his friend, Joan Lynch of Las Vegas; one brother, Paul Kloberg of New Jersey; and three sisters, Mary Ann Kolberg of Valley Stream, N.Y., Ellen Kolberg of Florida and Mary Ann Kolberg of New York.

Graveside services will be 10:40 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Rena Harriett Maleskey

Rena Harriett Maleskey, 92, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. A homemaker, she was born Oct. 15, 1911, in Steubenville, Ohio.

She is survived by one son, Joseph Lee Maleskey of Henderson; two sisters, Ann Andrist of San Diego and Margaret Louise Barrett of Springville, Ala.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Violet Rose Martin

Violet Rose Martin, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A casino cashier, she was born April 10, 1942, in New Jersey.

She is survived by one daughter, Dawn Chavez, her mother, Helen (Zimbardo) Stipanov, and three brothers, Curtis Gray, Chris Stipanov and Tony Stipanov, all of Las Vegas.

Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be private.

Beverly E. Moreno

Beverly E. Moreno, 70, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A retired dog groomer, she was born Dec. 3, 1933, in Los Angeles.

She is survived by two sons, Fidel Moreno of West Covina, Calif., and Pedro Moreno of Louisville, Ky.; two daughters, Loraine Hughes of Monterey, Ind., and Mary Lou Moreno De Cruz of Louisville; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until a 1 p.m. service Sunday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Ruth Ellen Penunuri

Ruth Ellen Penunuri, 62, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Aug. 24, 1941, in West Virginia.

She is survived by one son, David Penunuri of Las Vegas.

G. Shirley Pike

G. Shirley Pike, 76, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 1, 1928, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 40 years, she was a retired waitress at the Riviera.

She is survived by three sons, Mark, Ronald and William; one daughter, Patricia; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Henry Plawski

Henry Plawski, 76, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born June 24, 1927, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired taxicab driver and a World War II Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Marie; one sister, Jean Simone of Chesapeake, Va.; and three brothers, Ray Plawski of Richmond, Va., Ben Plawski of Chesapeake and Edward Plawski of Henderson.

Services were scheduled Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.

Robert 'Duff' Reardon

Robert "Duff" Reardon, 68, of North Las Vegas died Wednesday in North Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 6, 1935, in Tulsa, Okla. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired hardware business owner-operator.

He is survived by his wife, Grady; one daughter, Debra McCravy of Tulsa, Okla.; one son, R. Duane Reardon of Grand Lake, Okla.; and six grandchildren.

Jack N. Sinclair Jr.

Jack N. Sinclair Jr., 70, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local health care center. He was born June 1, 1933, in Black Eagle, Mont. A resident for 30 years, he was a Korean War and Vietnam War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Irmgard; three sons, David Sinclair of Henderson, Jack Sinclair III and David Walter; one daughter, Sheryl; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be noon Sunday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.

Geraldine L. Snyder

Geraldine L. Snyder, 70, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 17, 1933, in Zion, Ill. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired nurse.

She is survived by four sons, Bruce K. Snyder, Bryan K. Snyder and David S. Snyder, all of Las Vegas, and Barry K. Snyder of Elgin, Ill.; one brother, Duane Stimes of Zion, Ill.; one half-brother, Curt Childress of Tustin, Calif.; and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 1 p.m. service Monday in Calvary Community Church, 2900 N. Torrey Pines Drive. Graveside services will be private. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Edward John Still

Edward John Still, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 16, 1934, in Los Angeles. A resident for 35 years, he was a retired Sprint technician for 20 years and was a Coast Guard veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Harriet V.; four daughters, Diane and Patty, both of California, and Elizabeth Still and Jane Factor, both of Las Vegas; one son, Eric, and one sister, Shirley Carlisle, both of California; and six grandchildren.

Michelle Rae Stultz

Michelle Rae Stultz, 35, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. A manager, she was born June 5, 1968, in Pueblo, Colo.

She is survived by her husband, William.

Vicki Lynn Sullivan

Vicki Lynn Sullivan, 59, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born July 22, 1944, in St. Joseph, Mich. A resident for 29 years, she was a self-employed astrologist, a member of the Professional Federation of Astrologers and a volunteer for People Synergistically Involved.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory; two daughters, Shelley Judkins and Leslie Montoya, both of Henderson; one brother, Carl Starner of St. Joseph; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday in Ocean Street LDS Chapel, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

David Weingarten

David Weingarten, 69, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born June 20, 1934, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired businessman, an Army veteran and a life master bridge player.

He is survived by his fiancee, Z. Max Lakoff of Henderson; one daughter, Susan Weingarten, one son, Eric Weingarten, and one sister, Sylvia Weingarten, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Sol Weingarten of Moraga, Calif.; and one great-nephew, Steven Kappler of Las Vegas.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.

Marie Frances Yokley

Marie Frances Yokley, 83, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 26, 1920, in New York. A resident for eight years, she was a retired bookkeeper.

She is survived by her husband, George; one daughter, Kathleen Virginia Stricker; and two grandchildren.
