Letter: ‘No Jobs Left to Find’ is slogan
Friday, March 5, 2004 | 9:25 a.m.
Four years in the Oval Office is a terrible thing to waste and yet George W. Bush will become the first president since the Great Depression to serve his term without creating a single job in America.
That's the bad news for Republicans. The good news for them is that Bush has $175 million to spend in an effort to explain away that pesky fact.
So voters have an important choice to make this November. Can our nation afford to re-elect an administration whose 2004 campaign slogan ought to be "No Jobs Left to Find?"
