Patricia L. Bartlett
Patricia L. Bartlett, 76, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local health care center. She was born March 9, 1927, in Wichita, Kan. A resident for 51 years, she was a homemaker and a member of Women of the Moose.
She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Muscari and Neoma Sue Osborne, both of Henderson, and Cindy Bauer of Pahrump; one son, Martin L. Mitchell of North Las Vegas; two sisters, Dorothy Rose of Washburn, Tenn., and Aletha Clemans of Wichita, Kan.; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Ross Burleson
Ross Burleson, 57, of Las Vegas died Dec. 2, 2003, in Las Vegas. A Vietnam War Navy veteran who served two full terms, he was born July 16, 1946.
He is survived by one daughter, Shawn Ball; two sisters, Joyce Danis and Joan Croce; one brother, Mike Burleson; and his last true love, Patsy Stevens.

Esther May Burr
Esther May Burr, 74, of Boulder City died Monday in Boulder City. She was born July 28, 1929, in Phoenix. A resident for 43 years, she was a retired quality control checker for Fisher Pen.
She is survived by her husband, Charles W. "Bill"; one son, Robert S. Kenney of Texas; one daughter, Rosellen Erickson of Henderson; one stepson, David McNulty of Illinois; two stepdaughters, Doreen Falmoe and Deena, both of California; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside memorial service will be 11:20 a.m. Wednesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, Boulder City, is handling arrangements.
Joan L. Carroll
Joan L. Carroll, 57, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born April 30, 1946, in Winner, S.D. A resident for 20 years, she was a department store clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; five daughters, Lori Sawyer of Alachua, Fla., Kathy Simon and Candy Voss, both of Parkersburg, Iowa, Karen Graham of Phoenix and Trish Carroll of Des Moines, Iowa; three sons, Alan Schmidt of Las Vegas, Ron Carroll of Waterloo, Iowa, and Ken Carroll II of Traer, Iowa; her mother, Berniece Hansen, and two brothers, Virgil Hansen and Robert Hansen, all of Winner; one sister, Peggy Douglas of Las Vegas; 23 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Chaisson Contorelli
Chaisson Contorelli, 13, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 15, 1990, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a student at Schofield Junior High School.
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Christine Contorelli, two brothers, Tristan Contorelli and Ryan Contorelli, one sister, Ashley Contorelli, and grandparents Boone and Somkit Lavongsar and Raymond Contorelli, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 5-8 p.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Violeta Davis
Violeta Davis, 28, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born June 22, 1975, in Los Angeles. A resident for 26 years, she was a hotel housekeeper.
She is survived by two daughters, Cecily Davis and Cynthia Davis, one son, Christopher Davis, her mother, Estrey Jimenez, her father and stepmother, Javier and Aurelia Trujillo, her stepfather, Ramos Cuevas, her ex-husband, Christopher Davis, one sister, Beatriz Trujillo, and three brothers, Jonathan Cuevas, Javier Trujillo Jr., and Adrian Trujillo, all of Las Vegas.
Visiation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Victor DiLodovico
Victor DiLodovico, 86, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. A retired factory supervisor, he was born March 26, 1917, in Penns Grove, N.J.
She is survived by one niece, Anita Tanita of Las Vegas.

Matthew Ferraro
Matthew Ferraro, 72, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born March 23, 1931, in Chicago. A resident for 15 years, he was a buyer for a manufacturing company.
He is survived by two daughters, Jody A. Nelson and Carrie M. Osslund, both of Illinois; two brothers, Sam Ferraro and John Ferraro, and one sister, Jennie Muscari, all of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Marguerite Cecelia Henson
Marguerite Cecelia Henson, 86, of Boulder City died Tuesday in Boulder City. She was born Oct. 28, 1917, in Gold Creek, Mont. A resident for 27 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Michael J. Henson and James L. Henson, both of California and Frederick R. Henson of Boulder City; one sister, Florence Norlin of Washington state; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday in St. Andrew's Catholic Church, 1399 San Felipe Drive, Boulder City. Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Suite 1, is handling arrangements.

Bobbie J. Logan
Bobbie J. Logan, 69, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local health care center. She was born Aug. 6, 1934, in Cullowhee, N.C. A resident for 39 years, she was a retired assistant kitchen manager for the Clark County School District.
She is survived by one son, Robert Deal of Waynesville, N.C.; two daughters, Susan Smith of North Las Vegas and Nancy Denman of Las Vegas; four sisters, Muriel Griffith of Las Vegas, Maida Rodgers of Asheville, N.C., Mary Bryson of Galion, Ohio, and Peggy Frazier of Waynesville, N.C.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 9 a.m. Saturday in First Presbyterian Church Academy, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Violet Rose Martin
Violet Rose Martin, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A hotel-casino cashier, She was born April 10, 1942, in New Jersey.
She is survived by one daughter, Dawn Chavez, her mother, Helen (Zimbardo) Stipanov, and three brothers, Curtis Gray, Chris Stipanov and Tony Stipanov, all of Las Vegas.
Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. A private burial will follow.
Jimmie F. Miller
Jimmie F. Miller, 73, of Las Vegas died Feb. 26 in Las Vegas. He was born May 5, 1930, in New York. A resident for 42 years, he was an employee at Reynolds Electrical Engineering Co., an Army veteran and a member of Operating Engineers Union Local 12.
He is survived by his wife, Mary L.; four sons, Christopher G. Miller, Steven D. Miller and Jimmie Daniel, all of Las Vegas and Marvin Daniel of Milwaukee; four daughters, Anita R. Miller, Teri L. Miller and Felicia Daniel, all of Las Vegas and Elvita Driscoll of California; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Living Word Church of God in Christ, 976 Hassell Ave. Burial will follow in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Ilse Ortiz, 59, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 27, 1944, in Mexico. A resident for 27 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Federico Sr.; two daughters, Elizabeth Ortiz and Yvonne Griebling, and three sons, Alex Ortiz, Jesus Ortiz and Federico Ortiz Jr., all of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Cynthia D. Perry
Cynthia D. Perry, 32, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was born Aug. 26, 1971, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by one son, Christopher Plair, her mother, Debra Perry, one brother, Marcus Perry, and her grandmother, Yvonne Graham, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Friday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Carver Missionary Baptist Church, 1221 N. J St. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Hatsue 'Sue' Plumb
Hatsue "Sue" Plumb, 71, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born May 2, 1932, in Migawa, Saitama-Ken, Japan. A resident for three years, she was a retired supervisor for an aerospace manufacturer.
She is survived by one son, Charles Richard Plumb of San Jacinto, Calif.; two daughters, Thelma Hatsue Powell and Patricia Pauline Plumb, both of Las Vegas; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in California. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Harold R. Pryor
Harold R. Pryor, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 5, 1922, in Smithsburg, Md. A resident for 38 years, he was a retired electrician and a World War II Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by one son, Douglas Pryor.
He is survived by his wife, Marguerite; two daughters, Chon Rivard and Jeni Kostelac, both of Las Vegas; and one grandson.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Joe Salazar
Joe Salazar, 78, of Henderson died Monday in a local health care center. He was born April 25, 1925, in Solomon, Colo. A resident for two years, he was a retired oil refinery machinist and a World War II veteran of the Merchant Marines.
He is survived by his wife, Belen; 10 daughters; three sons; 49 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.

'Ardie' Sharp
Ardath "Ardie" Sharp, 79, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born Oct. 5, 1924, in Oakland, Calif. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired state government supervisor.
She is survived by three daughters, Leslie Jackson, Linda Harris and Debra Bynum, all of Henderson; and one grandchild.

Kenneth Louis Sievers, 59, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. A vice president, he was born Aug. 26, 1944, in New Jersey.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Schulte) Sievers of Henderson.

Ray Sisk
Ray Sisk, 79, of Las Vegas died Feb. 5, in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 5, 1925, in Oklahoma. A resident for many years, he was a 1943 Las Vegas High School graduate, an electrician at the Nevada Test Site and then owned Frontier Electric.
He is survived by one son, James Ray Sisk of Las Vegas; and several grandchildren.

Alexander Slade Jr.
Alexander Slade Jr., 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. He was born Jan. 30, 1931, in Philadelphia. A resident for seven years, he was a retired Air Force supply clerk, a Korean War and Vietnam War veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Air Force Memorial Foundation, Capital Esquires and Disabled American Veterans of Hawaii.
He is survived by his wife, Ida V.; one daughter, Joann Spencer of Dover, Del.; and one sister, Barbara Webb of Philadelphia.

James Tucker, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A retired Army staff sergeant, he was born Nov. 2, 1934, in Hartford, W.Va.
He is survived by his wife, Elfriede Tucker of Las Vegas.

Nelda Sue Upshaw, 62, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 1, 1941, in Broken Bow, Okla. A resident for 30 years, she was an interior decorator.
She is survived by her husband, James H.; two sons, Ron and Don; two daughters, Sherrie and Bonnie; four brothers, Matt Laxton, Dave Laxton, Sam Laxton and Tom Laxton; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Beatriz L. Whelan, 58, of Las Vegas died Feb. 24 in Las Vegas. She was born June 16, 1945, in Argentina. A resident for 30 years, she was a floor supervisor.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia B. Baker and Edit Whelan, and one son, Christian D. Navarro, all of Las Vegas.
