Letter: Only oil firms are benefiting

The sucking sound you hear is the Bush tax bribe of 2001/2003 leaving your pockets and going to those friendly folks at OPEC and the oil companies.
This administration could ease the situation by releasing some of the Strategic Reserve, but won't because it wants to make the case and gain support for further exploration of developing coastal and Alaska opportunities.
Tune in for the next four years of surprises. Oh yes, if you would like to let the administration know how you feel, just put your gasoline receipt in an envelope and mail it to the White House, Washington, D.C. 20515.
