Brockway Moran & Partners Inc., a private equity firm, agreed to sell Gold's Gym International Inc. to a group led by TRT Holdings Inc. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Brockway said in a statement that Gold's Gym has nearly 2.5 million members. Brockway didn't disclose the price.
