BOSSIER CITY, La. -- The Isle of Capri, one of five dockside casinos in the Shreveport-Bossier City gambling market, has cut 50 employees.
Those losing their jobs Tuesday included 13 salaried employees and 37 hourly workers, the casino said. The company refused to discuss what led to the layoffs.
The Isle is in a heavily competitive market that attracts Texas gamblers.
