The Nevada attorney general's office is among 20 states investigating St. Louis-based Express Scripts Inc. for its business practices, the company reported with its second quarter financial results.
Express Scripts is a pharmacy benefit manager that fills mail-order prescriptions for health plans. It said it is cooperating with Nevada and the 19 other states.
Nevada Deputy Attorney General John McGlamery confirmed that his office is requesting information but has not made formal allegations against the company.
