Bonnie Jean Emerick Anas

Bonnie Jean Emerick Anas, 72, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born March 16, 1932, in Knoxville, Iowa. A resident for 43 years, she was a retired hotel cocktail waitress.

She is survived by two daughters, Dianne Emerick Gottwald of Tucson and Vikki Marie Emerick Burgett of Des Moines, Iowa; five brothers, Lyle Rushing, Terry Rushing, Dean Rushing, David Rushing and Mike Rushing; three grandchildren; and four grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Randy M. Case

Randy M. Case, 17, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 8, 1987, in Nevada.

He is survived by his father, Randy Case; his mother, Mary Haynes; two brothers, Joshua Haynes and Joseph Haynes; and his grandmother, Shelbie Case.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 2 p.m. service Friday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Nora L. Crawford

Nora L. Crawford, 73, of Indian Springs died Saturday in Indian Springs. She was born Sept. 20, 1930, in Beaumont, Texas. A resident for three years, she was a retired sales manager for a manufacturing term.

She is survived by three sons, John McKey of Indian Springs, Gary McKey of Shelbyville, Texas, and Dave McKey of Timpson, Texas; two sisters, Mary Jamieson of Midland, Texas, and Hallie Jamieson of Crosby, Texas; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Karl K. Dillon

Karl K. Dillon, 45, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 8, 1959, in Hammond, La. A resident for 14 years, he was a banquet chef.

He is survived by his wife, Diana W.; one daughter, Shawnda Thames of North Las Vegas; one son, Tavares Dillon, and one sister, Delores Lawton, both of Seattle; one brother, Melvin Dillon of Crestview, Fla.; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.

Deanna P. Elliott

Deanna P. Elliott, 52, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born July 11, 1952, in Palm City, Calif. A resident for 30 years, she was a bartender and a member of the Roughriders Club, a horse-riding club.

She is survived by one brother, Steve Elliott, and her significant other, C.E. Ricketts, both of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 2 p.m. service Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Charlotte Epstein

Charlotte Epstein, 91, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 29, 1912, in New York.

Burial will be in New York. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Donna Maria Fannin

Donna Maria Fannin, 49, of Boulder City died Saturday. A Las Vegas Hilton dealer and a volunteer with the Touch of Love foundation, she was born May 19, 1955, in New York City.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristina Fannin.

She is survived by one son, Jonathan Fannin of Las Vegas.

Rosalie Louise Franco

Rosalie Louise Franco, 51, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born March 10, 1953, in Trinidad, Colo. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Jose; one daughter, Elizabeth Santistevan of Henderson; two sons, Ralph Santistevan and Manuel Franco, both of Las Vegas; her father, Enrique Martinez of Trinidad; and six grandchildren.

Sylvia Galloway

Sylvia Galloway, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 29, 1935, in London. A resident for five years, she was a retired hospital executive assistant and an instructor at Elderhostel.

She is survived by one son, Scott Galloway of New York City.

Sherman R. Gillpatrick

Sherman R. Gillpatrick, 77, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 6, 1926, in Faith, S.D. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired carpenter and a World War II Navy Seabee.

He is survived by his wife, Ann; one daughter, Gayle Willis; and two grandchildren.

Corinthans T. Jernigan

Corinthans T. Jernigan, 34, of Las Vegas died Sunday in North Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 6, 1969, in Boston. A resident for 28 years, she was a bus driver.

She is survived by her husband, Benny; three sons, Clabon K. Mollette and Raymond Fuzee, both of North Las Vegas, and Delmonte Jernigan of Las Vegas; two daughters, Nikatta Fuzee of North Las Vegas and Auttyana Jernigan of Las Vegas; her father, Willie Lester of Lynn, Mass.; her mother and stepfather, Mary and George Brown of North Las Vegas; four brothers, Eddie Lester, Marvin Gentry and Mike Stevenson, all of Las Vegas, and Willie Mollette of Lynn; three sisters, Darline Lester of Atlanta, Tessie Brown of Las Vegas and Jeanie Brown of Baltimore; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 1-8 p.m. Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in First African Methodist Episcopal Church, 2450 Revere St., North Las Vegas. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Billie W. Lambeth

Billie W. Lambeth, 85, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born July 28, 1918, in Goree, Texas. A resident for 62 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Jeanette B. Fry of Belton, Mo.; one son, Larry Lambeth; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Mary R. Morgan, 86, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 19, 1917, in Evanston, Ill. A resident for 13 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Gerard E. Morgan III of Sandy, Utah, and John C. Morgan of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; one daughter, Jenny T. Morgan of Los Angeles; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Mary Moscati, 85, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local care center. She was born Nov. 6, 1918, in New York City. A resident for 47 years, she was a retired real estate agent.

She is survived by one son, Jim Shelton of Las Vegas; two brothers, John P. Parisi of Delaware and Joseph D. Parisi of Las Vegas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Shirley D. Prescott-Brown

Shirley D. Prescott-Brown, 36, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 1, 1967, in Wisconsin. A resident for 17 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, David; her mother and stepfather, Delores and Robert Bowyer; two sons, David and Timothy; two daughters, Amanda and Danniell; and two sisters, Sandra Morgan and Susan Keen.

Joel Sokol

Joel Sokol, 61, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born March 23, 1943, in Newark, N.J. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired dentist and a Vietnam War Army veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Lauren Sokol-Bernstein of New York City and Danna Karlavage of Brooklyn, N.Y.

A memorial service was scheduled at 4 p.m. today in King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane.

Robert L. Wolf

Robert L. Wolf, 81, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 15, 1923, in Colorado. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired Air Force veteran and a member of the German American Club.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Susan and Peggy; one brother, Melvin; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
