A well-financed group that is working to elect John Kerry is running a new ad, and it chose just two states in which to air it -- Nevada and Ohio.
"We think Nevada and Ohio are the two states that voted for (President) Bush that we think we have the best chance of winning this year," said Charlie Eaton, the Nevada State Field Organizer for the MoveOn political action committee.
In Nevada, 90 percent of television viewers are expected to see the ad at least once, Eaton said. The group will spent $48,000 in Reno and $140,000 in Las Vegas, he said.
In the ad, an international executive, a pharmaceutical executive, and a power company executive tout Bush as having helped their businesses. They are countered by a factory worker and a mother saying that Kerry will help them.
