StumbleClass to encourage Hispanics to vote

North Las Vegas will hold a class from 6 p.m to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the North Las Vegas Library, 2300 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas, to inform and encourage Hispanics to register to vote and participate in elections. The free program is being coordinated and implemented by the City Clerk's office and includes a two-hour presentation to register new voters, cover basic knowledge of U.S. government, and provide general voting information.
