StumbleWoman who died in crash identified

A woman who was killed Saturday when she crashed into a tree in the Desert Shores area has been identified as 20-year-old Earlene Smith of Las Vegas.
Smith was speeding along Mariner Drive when she lost control of the 1998 BMW she was driving and hit a tree, Metro Police said. Her car caught fire when she crashed.
