United Title of Nevada has changed its name to Chicago Title Agency of Nevada. The company became a subsidiary of Chicago Title Insurance Co. in 1998.
The decision to take on the name and branding of the parent company is in response to regional and national trends in the real estate industry, along with Chicago's national name recognition, the company said.
Chicago Title Agency of Nevada employs about 250 people and has 14 offices in Nevada.
