Mark S. Berthiaume
Mark S. Berthiaume, 48, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. He was born Oct. 5, 1955, in Lewiston, Maine. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired jet engine technician and a Vietnam War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Bernadette Burke of Plymouth, Minn.; his father, Roger Berthiaume of Henderson; two sisters, Barbara Hazelwood of Ponca City, Okla., and Flo Berthiaume of Henderson; three brothers, Ronald Berthiaume and Joseph Berthiaume, both of Henderson, and James Berthiaume of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be 12:40 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Linzy Monroe Carpenter
Linzy Monroe Carpenter, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Caliente. He was born July 15, 1913, in Colorado. A resident for eight years, he was a welder, plumber and pipe fitter and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Nellie J.; two daughters, Roxanne Batesel and Wanda Jones; and five grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling private arrangements.
John M. Critcher
John M. Critcher, 71, of Hawaii, died Dec. 7 in Hawaii. He was born June 29, 1932, in Oklahoma City. A former Las Vegas resident, he founded Sterling Escrow in Las Vegas and Hawaii Escrow & Title in Hawaii, was an Air Force veteran and a veteran of the Navy Reserve.
He is survived by one daughter, Denise M.; three sons, Jeff Critcher, Craig Critcher and Brian Critcher; one stepson, Sean McConnell; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Services were in Hawaii.
Raymond Lloyd Kutil
Raymond Lloyd Kutil, 81, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 4, 1922, in Sioux City, Iowa. A resident for 57 years, he was a pipe fitter and state director for the MARS program.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; one son, Dennis Kutil, and one daughter, Rose Ann Wilson, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Erla Nelson of Brandon, S.D.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation wasWednesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

John Willis McKinney
John Willis McKinney, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born June 23, 1927, in Oklahoma. A resident for several years, he was an operating engineer and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley June; two daughters, Karen McKinney and Marilyn Forkner; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Joe Nagy
Joe Nagy, 34, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born April 1, 1969, in New York. A resident for four years, he was a bartender.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia J. Stevens of Park City, Utah; his father, Joseph Nagy of Homosassa, Fla., and one sister, Kim Preator of Palmdale, Calif.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Richard D. Pacifico
Richard D. Pacifico, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 28, 1933, in Corning, N.Y. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired owner-operator of an art gallery and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Alice; two daughters, Gail Adrienne Grant of Las Vegas and Deanna Marie Kurlowecz of Concord, Mass.; one son, Richard Joseph Pacifico of Boxford, Mass.; one sister, Claire Webber of Melbourne, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Sunday with a 6 p.m. service and 10:30-10:40 a.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Marie B. Pinotti
Marie B. Pinotti, 79, of Las Vegas died Dec. 29 in Calgary, Alberta. She was born Feb. 7, 1924, in Coleman, Alberta.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Pinotti of Las Vegas and Gloria Dahlof of Calgary; and her mother, Etiennette of Calgary.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd.

Margaret I. Price, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. She was born in Ottawa, Ontario. A resident for 46 years, she was a retired restaurant hostess.
She is survived by two daughters, Sally Adams of Ontario, Canada, and Debbie Henson of Henderson; one sister, Maria Lee of British Columbia; one brother, William McIntyre of Belleville, Ontario; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Henderson. Graveside services will be private.

Donald R. Sauter, 65, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born April 25, 1938, in Superior, Wis. A resident for eight years, he was a retired hotel porter and a member of the Moose.
He is survived by his companion, Marlene Jung of Las Vegas; one daughter, Lisa Conat of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; one stepson, John Tosti of Las Vegas; three sisters, Janice Cannon and Carol Hursh, both of Superior, Wis., and Judie Johnson of Blaine, Minn.; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Robert Joseph Strouse, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 25, 1924, in Los Angeles. A resident for 19 years, he was a retired motorcycle police officer and a World War II and Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; four sons, Robert Strouse of West Covina, Calif., Timothy Strouse of Rancho Bernardo, Calif., James Strouse of San Diego and Thomas Strouse of Lakewood, Calif.; two daughters, Lorraine Almada of Vista, Calif., and Cynthia Strouse of Las Vegas; one sister, Helen Clay of Long Beach, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Graveside services will follow at noon Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Bill Gene Ward II
Bill Gene Ward II, 52, of Las Vegas died Dec. 14 in Las Vegas. He was born July 4, 1951, in California. A resident for 24 years, he was a dealer and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his companion, Doreen Pistaldo; two sons, Taylor Humphrey and Jamison Humphrey; one daughter, Brittney A. Ward; his father, Bill Ward; his mother, Frances England; and two sisters, Sandra Fite and Wanda Foley.
Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
