Travel site offers concierge services

Two VEGAS.com concierge booths are now open at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Tourists and locals use VEGAS.com to book vacations including hotel reservations and airline tickets to Las Vegas.
The company also books entertainment, golf rounds, spa visits, tours and restaurant and nightclub reservations.
The company reported tremendous growth in 2003 and said employees at the new concierge booths answer visitor questions, sell products and services and distribute "Mr. V's Guide to Vegas," a small pamphlet offering tourism information and named for VEGAS.com's Mr. V advertising character.
VEGAS.com also announced the hiring of Diane England as director of ticketing operations. She's leading the lau nch of VEGAS.com's new box office ticketing technology in which VEGAS.com will manage showroom ticket operations.
VEGAS.com is owned by the Greenspun family, which also owns the Las Vegas Sun.
