Seminar planned on new business
The North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with its Business Resource Center, will present its "How to Really Start a Business" seminar from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Chamber offices, 2290 McDaniel St.
The $45 cost for the workshop includes a 292-page reference workbook.

Staff needed for Camp Lee Canyon
Clark County Parks and Community Services is recruiting staff for three, six-day youth resident camps in July at Camp Lee Canyon at Mount Charleston.
These camps are for boys and girls ages 8-15. Each camp has a special focus and is geared toward a specific age group.
Campers can enjoy traditional camp activities such as hiking, campfires, skits, and games.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and experience working with children is preferred.

Citrus Fest Tasting event set Saturday
The Wild Oats Natural Marketplace, 7250 W. Lake Mead Blvd., will host its annual Citrus Fest Tasting event from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The public can learn about the virtues of Vitamin C while sampling the company's best citrus foods and products for free.
The event will include products from each Wild Oats' departments.

will offer a family storytime twice monthly. Along with stories, these programs will include crafts and other fun activities for the entire family. Call 633-1070.
