'Alvino in Glass'

Artist reception

'Vegas Unplugged'
Artists are being invited to submit proposals for an outdoor art in public places project utilizing the light bulbs from the Fremont Street Experience light canopy in a competition entitled "Vegas Unplugged." The deadline is March 31, and a $5,000 grand prize will be awarded to implement the project for display in Las Vegas. The project is expected to debut in spring 2004.
