The National Park Service will start rehabilitation of the boat launch ramp at Hemenway Harbor at Lake Mead on Monday.
The project is expected to take up to 120 days.
At least one or two shallow launching lanes at Hemenway Harbor will remain open during construction, said Superintendent William Dickinson.
During this period of lowering water levels, Hemenway Harbor is available only for shallow launching of small boats, about 22 feet, or personal watercraft, he said.
