SUN STAFF AND WIRE REPORTS
Sotheby's Holdings, the owner of the auction house, has agreed to sell its 15-office real estate brokerage firm in the United States and the brand's licensing rights to Cendant Corp., owner of the Century 21 and Coldwell Banker real estate companies.
There are numerous Century 21 and Coldwell Banker offices in the Las Vegas Valley.
Sotheby's International Realty, which is active in the Southern Nevada luxury real estate market, does not have an office in the Las Vegas area. Work is done out of its Corona del Mar, Calif., office.
