Seminar scheduled on reflexology
Barbara Greenspun WomensCare Center of Excellence, 100 N. Green Valley Parkway, Suite No. 330, will offer a two-day seminar on reflexology from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
Reflexology is the ancient art that deals with the principle that there are reflexes on the hands and feet that correspond to all of our organs, glands and parts of the body. By using a unique thumb and finger technique on these reflex areas, the body releases stress and tension, improves circulation, unblocks nerve impulses and relieves joint pain.

The Frankie Moreno Band

4141 Meadows Lane, will hold men's 5 on 5 basketball games at 7 p.m. Tuesdays and/or Thursdays beginning Feb. 24. The cost is $260 a team. Call 877-7245.
