Seminar scheduled on reflexology
Barbara Greenspun WomensCare Center of Excellence, 100 N. Green Valley Parkway, Suite No. 330, will offer a two-day seminar on reflexology from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

By using a unique thumb and finger technique on these reflex areas, the body releases stress and tension, improves circulation, unblocks nerve impulses and relieves joint pain.
