StumbleP.F. Chang’s opens in Green Valley

P.F. Chang's China Bistro at Green Valley Parkway and Interstate 215 has opened. The Henderson restaurant is the fourth P.F. Chang's in Southern Nevada. Michael Katzman, area partner for P.F. Chang's, said the company was attracted to the Green Valley Parkway/I-215 area because of its strong demographics including a large population base and surrounding office and retail projects. Katzman said P.F. Chang's is considering other expansion opportunities in the far northwest and southwest parts of the Las Vegas Valley.
