Concert
Nextet, UNLV's premier new music ensemble, will host a concert featuring UNLV composers-in-residence Libby Larsen and Dorrance Stalvey at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Doc Rando Recital Hall on the UNLV campus. Admission is free. 895-1575.
Organ recital

Michael Nigro

Showcase
The silver anniversary of the city of Las Vegas' Choreographers Showcase will be celebrated with the premiere of new, original dances at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Charleston Heights Arts Center, 800 S. Brush St. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 on performance days. 229-6383.

'Lenny'
The play "Lenny" will be presented at 8 p.m. today, Saturday and Thursday, and at 2 p.m. Sunday at Judy Bayley Theatre on the UNLV campus. Tickets are $25. 895-2787.
'Sacagawea'
The play "Sacagawea: The Return of the Bird Woman" will be performed at 7 p.m. today, Saturday and Thursday at the Reed Whipple Cultural Center, 821 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Tickets are $7 adults, $5 teens and seniors and $3 children 12 and under. 229-6383.
'Madama Butterfly'

'Time After Time'
Jade Productions, a local nonprofit theater, presents Robert Mattera's thriller, "Time After Time," at 8 p.m. today, Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday at Summerlin Library Performing Arts Center, 1771 Inner Circle Drive. 'Eccentric'
