Seat vacant on Lower Kyle Canyon board

Clark County is accepting applications to fill a vacant seat on its three-member Citizens Advisory Council for Lower Kyle Canyon.
Citizens Advisory Council members are appointed by the County Commission and serve in an advisory capacity to the board.
The Lower Kyle Canyon Council serves as a "formal direct channel to Commissioner Chip Maxfield and provides input and recommendations on the future of Lower Kyle Canyon," officials said.
Applicants must be 18 years old and a registered voter with a primary residence within the Lower Kyle Canyon Citizens Advisory Council boundaries off U.S. 95 and Kyle Canyon Road, State Route 157.
Anyone interested can call 455-3530 or visit the website (www.accessclarkcounty.com) to obtain an application.
Applications may be submitted by mail or in person at Administrative Services, Clark County, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89155 or by fax at 455-3558.
Applications must be received by Feb. 11.
