Dan Angstadt
Dan Angstadt, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 10, 1930, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired sales representative for a boat company and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Char; two sons, Daniel G. Angstadt III and Keith Angstadt, both of Albuquerque; one sister, Jean Meeser of Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
John David Cammack
John David Cammack, 84, of Hollywood, Fla. died Friday in Hollywood. He was born July 10, 1919, in Oakland, Calif. A former Las Vegas resident for 10 years, he was a retired machinist for the federal government and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Sandra Konte of Anaheim, Calif.; two sons, Patrick Camack of Savannah, Ga., and Brett Cammack of Houston; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Michael A. Craig
Michael A. Craig, 58, of North Las Vegas died Monday in North Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 5, 1945, in Amarillo, Texas. A resident for 10 years, he was an operating engineer, an Army veteran, a member of Operating Engineers Local 12 and the National Hot Rod Association.
He is survived by two sons, Michael A. Craig II of North Las Vegas and Shane Spencer Craig of Las Vegas; one sister, Gloria Johnson-Cover of DeLain, Idaho; and one grandchild.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
Orland Leon Dotson
Orland Leon Dotson, 92, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born April 4, 1911, in Concordia, Kan. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired automotive mechanic and a member of Elks Lodge 240 in Richfield, Utah.
He is survived by one sister, Evelyn Simpson of Concordia; two daughters, Janet Goodman of Walnut Creek, Calif., and Leonda Mann of Henderson; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until an 11:30 a.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association, 3375 Glen Ave., No. 7, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Loren N. Godfrey
Loren N. Godfrey, 64, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 8, 1939, in Harrison, Ark. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired utility company manager.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; two daughters, Julie Godfrey of Chatsworth, Calif., and Victoria Johnson of Arizona; two sons, Jon Godfrey of Redding, Calif., and Greg Godfrey of Fillmore, Calif.; his mother, Vena M. Godfrey, and one brother, Ron Godfrey, both of Fillmore; and five grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Graveside services will be in Fillmore. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Harold 'Gene' Hendricks
Harold "Gene" Hendricks, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 22, 1925, in Kansas City, Mo. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired theater manager and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Denny; two sons, Bruce Hendricks of Las Vegas and Gary Hendricks of Roy, Utah; two brothers; two sisters; and six grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Lonnie C. James Jr.
Lonnie C. James Jr., 68, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. Retired from the Air Force, he had been the first sergeant of headquarters squadron at Nellis Air Force Base. He was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Richmond, Ind.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne James; one sister, Sherry James.
He is survived by his wife, S. Gail; one child, Lonnie C. James III; his mother, Clorine James; six sisters, Ramona Carr, Tillie Bowen, Marquetta Hampton, Cheryl Jefferson, Marla Spicer and Yolanda Hatcher; four brothers, Bobby James, Jerry James, Harold James and Cedric James; and one granddaughter.
Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd.

Wayne Fenton James
Wayne Fenton James, 45, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 16, 1959, in Gary, Ind. A resident for 21 years, he was a hotel security officer and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Dorian; four sons, Shawn James and Justin James, both of Hampton, Va., and Christopher Ross and Michael Acosta, both of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Almond James Jr. and Marshall James, both of Forrest City, Ark.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Graveside services will be noon Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Martha Sloan Kalnin
Martha Sloan Kalnin, 84, of Las Vegas died Jan. 13 in Las Vegas. A public relations representative, she was born Jan. 21, 1919, in New York City.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene; one daughter, Laurie Kalnin of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

George E. Kraeer
George E. Kraeer, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born June 5, 1925, in Ardmore, Okla. A resident for 38 years, he was a retired heavy equipment operator, a World War II and Korean War Navy Seabee, a member of Operating Engineers Local 12 and the Masons, a lifetime member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Florine; two daughters, Michelle Lopez and Amy Cozzens, both of Las Vegas; one son, Lonnie Taylor of Salt Lake City; one stepson, Michael Cozzens of Montanta; one stepdaughter, Belle Hunt of Salt Lake City; and his twin brother, Fred Kraeer of McCloud, Okla.; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a noon service Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Kenneth Morgan Ludlow
Kenneth Morgan Ludlow, 66, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 2, 1937, in Salt Lake City. A resident for 45 years, he was an air-conditioning company owner.
He was preceded in death by one son, Scott Morgan Ludlow and one brother, Steven Morgan Ludlow.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette K.; one daughter, Shawna Felli, one son, Mike Ludlow, and one brother, Dan Ludlow, all of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Norval Martin Ness
Norval Martin Ness, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. A truck driver, he was born Dec. 14, 1930, in Minnesota.
He is survived by one daughter, Deborah Prim of Milwaukee.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Milwaukee. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Baxter Pelham
Baxter Pelham, 63, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in North Las Vegas. A retired technical sergeant and Vietnam War Air Force veteran, he was born Oct. 14, 1940, in Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife, Kao Yi; two daughters, Teresa Cottam and Melinda Maokler, both of Las Vegas; one son, Conley Pelham of Gulfport, Miss.; two sisters, Debbie Hilgenhurst of Hingham, Mass., and Kim Melton of Pleasantville, Tenn.; one brother, James Pelham of Clarksville, Tenn.; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-4 p.m. Sunday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Heather Richardson
Heather Richardson, 38, of Las Vegas, died Jan. 18 in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 31, 1965, in Las Vegas. She was a licensed practical nurse for Colonial Home Health and was an Air Force veteran.
Graveside services will be noon Feb. 13 in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling arrangements.
Flossie Irene Rowland
Flossie Irene Rowland, 73, of Indian Springs died Thursday in Indian Springs. She was born May 24, 1930, in Missouri. A resident for two years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four sons, Ray Rowland and Bill Rash, both of Grand Junction, Colo., Mike Brooks of Carson City and Jerry DeLisle of Aurora, Colo.; one daughter, Jolene Summers of Las Vegas; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today and Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Echo of Faith Christian Church, Indian Springs. Burial will be private.
Taworn Scott
Taworn Scott, 61, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Jan. 12, 1943, in Thailand. A resident for four years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Rainey; two brothers, Suthat Patjukhmanankan of Los Angeles and Somphan Patjukhmanankan of Los Angeles; and two sisters, Ampai Klinsanoi and Amporn Phueksane, both of Bangkok, Thailand.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until a 2 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Vireia Scroggins
Vireia Scroggins, 80, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local health care center. She was born Aug. 18, 1923, in Hugo, Okla. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Mearl Adams of Long Beach, Calif., Ruthie Mosby of Bellflower, Calif., and Deborah Bradford of Las Vegas; two sons, Harold Scroggins of Tucson and Charles Jergo of Auburn, Calif.; three sisters, Rosa Cain and Evalene Wilson, both of Seattle, and Earlene Bacon of Tucson; one brother, Thomas Tarkington of Tucson; 22 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled noon-2:30 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
